We are a fast-growing, nationwide franchise with locally owned and operated franchises. The Northern Colorado franchise is based out of Eaton, CO, with locations coming soon to Eaton, Loveland, Greeley, and Fort Collins.

Bring your superior technical and customer service skills to the NEW Costa Oil - 10 Minute Oil Change location coming soon to Eaton, CO! We are seeking quality employees for our Eaton, CO location opening in April/May of 2023. Experience is preferred but not required. This is for a full-time manager position.

General job duties of a Costa Oil Manager are (this is not an all-inclusive list):

• Manage/motivate oil change techs to deliver highest possible customer service
• Contribute to a positive work environment/culture and excellent customer experience
• Open and close shop by the allotted times set by owner
• Manage inventory in shop and assist owner with inventory management/ordering
• Assist owner in soliciting fleet accounts
• Perform oil changes, replace oil filters, air filters, wiper blades, check and fill tires
• Recommend any other maintenance that may be needed to customer's vehicle
• Ensure the customer's vehicle is kept clean
• Keep shop area neat and clean
• Make certain all equipment is in proper working order
• Operate tools and equipment in a safe manner
• Complete all required computer-based training in the allotted timeframe
• Understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations, including hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc.

Minimum Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding Customer Service Skills
• Store management experience is preferred
• Must be able to work Saturdays
• Customer service background preferred
• Ability to use a point of sale system and computer skills are required
• Valid drivers license

Work Environment:

• Must be able to walk up and down stairs
• lift a minimum of 20lbs
• Use automotive tools effectively
• Work in hot/cold and noisy environments
• Wear appropriate protective gear and brand uniforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000 per year and up, depending on experience

Schedule:

• 8-10 hour shifts
• Semi-flexible arrangements

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Eaton, CO 80615: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Automotive repair: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
